Returns & Refunds

But should your item come damaged or faulty, please take a video clip of the product and sent it to us for verification. Sianlonaquctic.com will only entertain Return & Refund cases in which the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival for a new replacement of the exact item. Please note that this pertains ONLY to non-living purchases.

2. Video clip of damaged package
3. Await response from us
4. Once verified, pack damaged products with receipt and send it to the address listed below
5. Upon receiving your package, Sianlonaquctic.com will ship out a new replacement of that item.
